A) Discharging gate

designed as arc shape, simple in sealing structure, significant in efficiency.

B) mixing shaft

as standard design,hexagonal mixing shaft, with best torsion and blending resistance.

C) bearing of mixing shaft

The bearing and seal group are sepatate. If the seal group is damaged, the bearing won't be damaged.

D) planetary gear box

two heavy duty gear box are specially customized for the mixer, with long service life and efficiency higher than 92%. All the shock brought by quick loading or full load restarting will be easily and safely buffered and absorbed.

E) shaft seal group

Axial seal, easy to replace, suitable for bad work condition
